Because mothers do most of the child raising, a child should be raised in her religion - therefore, the man should have to change. However, if the woman is not really into any particular religion, she should be willing to convert for her husband.

Neither should change thier religion just be accepting to both. As to how you raise the children, you need to discuss this with your partner--Some couples are willing to allow both religions be a part of the children's raising(First Nations and Catholic for example), but others are set that thier religion is the best so will only allow thier children to be raised in that religion-- woman are the ones that would most likely give up on thier religion in the name of goodness for thier children and take on the man's religion.

I don't think either should convert unless the person truely wants to change to that religion. Let the children see both religions and choose when they are older.

Well,I think men should convert for their spouse coz women do everything for them so i they can do atleast this one to avoid any differences between each other....
