Here are three possible solutions:
1. You have a thing on the end of your arm called a HAND. That can be used to pump the semen (not "seman" and hopefully it's not GLUE!) out in a fun sport called "jacking off". Just wrap your hand around your penis and rub up and down. You'll get the hang of it (I think!)
2. See if you can find a similar animal to yourself but with some different "equipment" called a FEMALE (or girl or woman depending on your age!). She has at least three body parts which may be of service to you (if you are a good boy!)
3. Go down to your local sex shop or find a place on the web to buy an inflatable woman (love doll). It comes with complete instructions, batteries are not included!

Get a drinking straw,place it in the problem area and suck on it to get it out.This should cure this problem.

I you have glue in there, go to a doctor. The semen stuff is probably natural.
