Yay for beauty_sandy_lv. Someone realized the circumference isn't the same in all directions.
The Earth's rotation has shifted more mass around the equator than near the poles. The equatorial radius is 6,378.137 km (WGS-84). The polar radius is 6356.752 km.
Circumference is 2(pi)r.
Technically, that doesn't match beauty_sandy_lv's answer, but that's because the set of constants you use for the Earth makes a difference. WGS-84 is the most common used on maps and GPS receivers, but there are other sets.

It depends-Inside circumference consisting of land and water, or outside circumference consisting of the atmosphere? 2 answers..First answer to outside circumference-40,076,000,000 mm. Second answer, since last layer of atmosphere is 600km above earth -subtract 300km from the radius-19,072,360,000mm..Inside cir is 19,072,360,000mm....Outside is 40,076,000,000! I'm awesome!
