Over the years, a new style has emerged. goth people and emo people are a new 'trend' for teens. do you think that being goth or emo is acceptible?

Personally, I think the Goth/Emo trends are (although Goth is hardly new anymore) both just lame excuses for middle class kids who have everything at their fingertips to express their frustration/boredom/angst at the world for not being entertaining enough. What they need is a challenge, not black clothes and stupid haircuts.
But hell, it's not my place to say their WRONG for being emo or goth. I've had both as friends. So, yes, it is acceptible. Let them do what they want. America = free expression. Most grow out of it. That's why America is supposed to be great.

Goth and Elmo.....what an interesting combination...okay okay I know you said emo.....what the heck is "emo"? I know Mom's out of the loop. Does it have anything to do with an emu? A Goth Emu is a weird thought too.

Sure, why not? They're just styles.
