This is from the scene where Bender is crawling through the airduct/ceiling. He's telling himself this joke (for whatever reason) and falls through the ceiling before delivering the punchline. I don't know that there ever was a punchline, or if this was a real "joke".

Their was no punch line for the joke in the movie.
