Depends on your state of mind, half full you would be up beat and ready to face what ever comes at you. half empth you are kind of down on life and not sure whats comming at you, smile be kool have a nice day.

It is partially filled with room left if we want to put in more, unless you wanted it empty, in which case it is nearly empty with extra liquid we can dump out if we need the space.
