Neither, the biggest human made problem is caused by swimming pools and the millions of gallons of chlorine that evaporate into the atmosphere.

Aerosol spray hurts the Ozone layer way more. A mushroom cloud just puts radioactive debris into the air. Ozone Layer is comprised of O3. O2 combines with atomic O to create O3, O3 is very unstable. Ultraviolet light from the sun strikes the O3 and splits it. This absorbs the some of the ultraviolet radiation that could harm life on the surface. Aerosol Sprays contain Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's), The UV rays hit the CFC's freeing the Cl. The radical Cl binds with the free O's thus preventing the formation of O3. This in turn causes holes in the Ozone Layer.

Volcanoes cause the most "damage" to the ozone layer....intereisting thing about O3 is that the UV in sunlight causes O3 to form, and it is toxic at low levels and dissapates at higher levels as relates to the stratosphere.

Apparently the depletion of ozone in the atmosphere is due to atomic chlorine and bromine. The primary source of these are CFC's and bromofluorocarbon compounds. So I would say aerosol sprays.
