It seems to amaze me at how many people can still ask this question.
Like a huge wind up clock the universe seems to be running down. Scientists see this as evidence that the universe had a beginning. If that is the case, the universe is an effect that requires cause. But what kind of cause? Consider the obvious complexity in the universe. The simplest one-celled organism contains enough complex information to fill one complete volume of an encyclopedia. Intricate, exquisitely designed organisms could not have been caused by blind chance or an unintelligent force. No, the complexity of the universe demands an intelligent cause.
Since the universe is an effect, it must have an adequate cause for its existence. Since the universe displays incredible complexity and design, the cause of the universe must be intelligent. Therefore, an intelligent creator of the universe must exist. This is the one we know as God.
God has revealed his intelligence and power through the created universe (Psalm 19:1-4)...and even more of himself through the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus came to earth so that we could more fully know our God, the intelligent creator of the universe (John 1: 1-14).

Good question. Many people struggle with that questio\n. The answer? Yes. God exists. He created everything, including us. And God each one of us with such a passion that we can't even begin to imagine. But why, if He's a God of love, then why is there so much hate in the world? Let me tell you. God created a beautiful, perfect paridise for us in the beginning, but Adam & Eve mess it up with sin. We would have done the same. So it is our own doing that this is what it is like. Let me give you a scenario. What would happen if you sent in a picture to your lincoln dealer of a smashed up car & said "Hey! Why did you make this smashed up car?" What do you think he will say? "We didn't make it that way! Some one smashed it after we made it!" That is the way with God creating the world. God loves you very much, & wants to be a major part of you life. He does exist & is very real!
If you ever get time, read the book of John in the Bible. That may help.
I hope this was helpful!

do you mean the christian god? or simply a higher ordered being or form?
in any case, i havent seen any proof of a god. People say that we're here so there has to be a god. They ONLY thing that is proven by the statement "we're here" is that. We are here on this world in this universe. It says nothing about WHY or HOW. Theories like the big bang and evolution developed through observation and evidence found in our world. The theory of god was created in the minds of mankind and people now try to find evidence for it. It is not the same as the scientific theories that came from evidence. The only proof of biblical contents is the biblical contents itself. However you cannot prove that God doesn't exist. to prove the non existence of god would require you to search everywhere and everything and all possibilities. To prove God exists you only have to show that he exists. easier said than done.
So in the end, whether god exists or not is simply your opnion until you can prove it.

I find it very funny that so many are able to offer opinions as to the existence of God. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we, as humans, are not sophisticated enough to even conceive of the true universe in which we live.
And please, do not quote me the writings of man as proof as to the existence of God. The bible is the best selling book of fiction ever sold.
"But I have felt the presence of God", well, how do you know what you felt? You simply felt something you could not explain, and followed the crowd as so many do.
Furthermore, this world we live in is not perfect as so many seem to believe. Disease, starvation, plague, hunger, murder, these are not the qualities of a perfect world, and these are not the qualities of Satan. These are the qualities of a world ruled my man: an animal who will cease to exist as many other species have before. Death is simply that, death.

Yes, God does EXIST. There are a lot of people in this world that do not belive in God, so to them this higher being does not exist. I was brouht up in church and would like to start going back more now that what I do. My 4 year old daughter belives in god. I belive that the only way for people to belive in him is for there parents to have belived or some member of thier household to have taught them that thier is a highr power that created every thing, and helps it to grow from day to day. According to the bible when God created use we were created in his own image and when the woman disobeyed God they recived more information than they needed to know at the time so God had to punish us wit the heart ackes that we go through, the fact that we are born and when time is up God calls us home, which is known as death. God created us all to help one another to get through this life. Healso created all living things on the earth to have one perpose or another. We are all different in certain ways, but we will all have to die and eithe we will live with God in our after life, or be sent to hell to live and burn for eternity with the devil who tryed to over powere God when he was one of Gods angles. I can only tell you what I belive it will be up to you if you belive in God your self.

Yes he does exist.

Either you beleive the truth and have faith that God has does and will exist infinitely and unexplainably, or else you beleive in the minute off-chance that something blew up everywhere from no where unexplainably (and for no reason) leaving in its wake the chemicle reaction we call 'The Universe'.

This is an interesting question for I myself do believe in God, but am also skeptical of this. I mean I do mostly believe in him, and do think that it would be possible to do the things he did, but there are questions, mainly one that I think about, Where did God come from? Did time just start up one day and he was there? It's a bit puzzling, but I think there is one.

Dude.....
Yes of course, no doubt God exists!
As oxygen is a basic part of your life as it helps you to breathe,
Similiarly God is also important in our life, without him we are nothing.
