The answer is no. Sperm cannot survive in a 98.6 degree enviroment but for a short period. Thus the reason that it is contained outside the man's body in the scrotum. If it were stored in the female body, as it is in birds, then everytime she ovulated she would get pregnant.

yes there is, it can live up to about three days in a womans body. during sex the vagina elongates and forms a "pool" or small pocket where the sperm can collect, during a female orgasm her cervix due to the contractions dips into the area where sperm should hopefully be waiting. they get a free ride, if you will, to the exact place they need to be (on the cervix) for impregnation to occur if of course its that time of the month and the mucus membrane of the cervix is passable so they can make their way up into the fallopian tube where they will be greeted by a happy little egg.
