No....why can't he get a girl his own age? You can legally be tried as an adult at the age of 17....just to let you know! But for it to be against the law you have to be having sex with this chic...

No. It is not against the law for a 17 year old and 14 year old to DATE. However, the girl could be getting the guy in trouble if they are having sex. That is illegal. Not to mention that any 17 yr old guy that screws a 14 yr old has serious mental issues anyway....

Probably not. But once he turns 18, he'd better be careful. There have been cases where an 18 yr. old dating a 14 yr. old have netted the 18 yr. old in jail. Not only that, the 18 yr. old had to register as a sex offender.

There are no laws about ages for dating whatsoever. It would not be illegal for them to have sex until the guy turned 18. They would then have to wait until the girl turned 16 for it to be legal.

Law....flaw.......people do what THEY think is right, not what the law says. Nearly everyone I know breaks the law in one way or another, but most of the time they are not doing any harm to anyone while doing this. Eg. I know many people who smoke cannabis.

well..in spain if u're 14 its not against dating a guy of any age.even 28..but in usa i think its different.but i think as long as u stay with him from ur own will..its not against the law...

doubt it, most states require a difference of more than 4 years if the partys are under 21
