Wales only was at the World Cup in 1958.

Group matches:
Wales - Hungary 1-1 (goal J. Charles)
Wales - Mexico 1-1 (goal Allchurch)
Wales - Sweden 0-0
Play-off for 2nd place: Wales - Hungary 2-1 (goals Allchurch and Medwin)

Quarter final:
Wales - Brazil 0-1

In the unofficial final ranking Wales came 6th.

The last goal by Wales was by Medwin. This was BTW the only World cup ever to include England, Wales, Northern Ireland AND Scotland !!
