The term is antidisestablishmentarIANism, and it's a theological/political term referring to people who were against removing the Anglican Church's status as the only official church of England during the 19th century. The movement succeeded, so now, although the Queen is titular head of the Anglican Church, it's not the only one people can belong to and still be an accepted part of society, as it had been since the 16th century. BTW, in America, it's the Episcopal Church and the Queen is not considered the head.
