well you could go to freetranslatior.com or you can go to google and type translator from Italian to English and maybe it will bring up websites that you could go to.Hopefully this works

babel fish (not babble) should be able to translate pretty decently but only a direct translation. For syntax and proper grammer its probabbly going to cost you.
