Steven Seagal may be a little past his prime... but I believe that his skill is a just a bit more than flash stuff for the camera. Judging the amount of times Van-Damme has landed on his butt after a fight breaks out you can't bet on him. Also, when you considering JCVD's drug abuse stories, Seagal would be nailed on to win.
