The universe is incomprehensibly large and, please, don't try to argue it isn't - it is - no person who has ever lived could draw a comparison between the size of the universe and ANYTHING else - there is absolutely NOTHING to measure it against. I've read articles saying scientists are able to see to the center of the universe now - I'm sorry but that is garbage - the universe is endless. You can not see the center of something that is endless or, infinite in size.
I'm not perfect, I admit there may be flaws in my logic so, please, help me learn if you think you have something to add.
Since the universe is never ending, the odds are minuscule there are no other sentient beings anywhere. I can't even begin to comprehend how minuscule - in fact, I doubt they can be calculated - if the universe is endless they can not be.
This leads me to believe there are aliens in the universe. It's possible that aliens are here and have been here for a long, long time - but it's also possibly they've never been here.
What would an alien look like? There is no way of knowing.

Nobody know what they look like (yet). I myself believe there's alien life out there somewhere. The religious will say "no, we're it. God created us, and nobody else." I think that's pure unadulterated B.S. and the product of an inflated ego.
How can there NOT be life out there? There's 100's of BILLIONS of galaxies, each with 100's of BILLION stars. That's more stars than grains of sand on every beach on our whole PLANET. In cosmic timescales, life erupted on Earth so quickly, as to be instant. Here, we find life wherever it's remotely possible. (and in more places once thought impossible for life.)
Now ask yourself. Knowing this, is it realistic to say that there's NOTHING else living out there?
My own attitude is "how can there NOT be life out there?" We've not heard from them cause it'll take millions of years for any signal to cross intergalactic distance. It's insane to demand, and be inulted at not having such signal arrive in our lifetime.

as i keep saying in my answers about aliens, it is unscientific to say that they dont exist, but it is also unscientific to say that they exist if we dont have proof. the truth is we just dont know. as for what they look like, most movies, comics, and media make them look humanoid, with a gigantic round head and large bulging eyes. this really isnt that far off. most of the people who were first to report alien sightings say theyve seen aliens described them as fetus/humanoid-like, with giant heads and big eyes.

Read the book by Dr. Chuck Missler. He explains it very well. More so than I can. There are no aliens. Read the book and become convinced.
