As long as "Star" players get the calls and others experiencing the same fouls don't, I'm not ready to call the NBA Finals anything more than entertainment. The women actually play something more akin to basketball. I don't care who wins and no, this is not the worst "Finals" ever.

Could be. Although the NBA really bites now as a whole. Has for years now. I'd say since Jordan retired it has been a sham. Last years finals was pretty bad too. If the heat win it will be a definate contender for the worst ever. Not that I have anything against the heat but the NBA wholly.

Yes, who the hell cares about the Dalls Mavericks. And every game that the Heat wins you have to watch SportsCenter and hear that Dwyane Wade is as good as Michael Jordan and it makes me sick. If Josh Howard would have taken 30 shots and 25 free throws and got 43 points everyone would be comparing him to Michael Jordan. I liked last year when two TEAMS played. That was a great series. But this is coming from a fan of the biggest one man team in the NBA in the Cavaliers....

No, that was last years finals- between the two slowest paced teams in the NBA... and this is definitely better than watching the Spurs beat up on the Nets a few years back- that was horrid

D C,

I agree. I was all set for Pistons vs Spurs Part II, with my Pistons coming out on top.

If I see one more shimmy shake from Antoine Walker I'm gonna puke!

It's pretty disappointing. I was rooting for the Mavs, but after the way they behaved last night, I may change my mind. Their owner is an idiot. He needs to grow up. But I do like Avery Johnson, their coach.

Nope, don't agree. I will say it's not the best, but it's not the worst either.
