I’m itching to break into the broadcasting business, I know I have to make a tape, so I’m not sure what to say on it, or where I should have the tape set at. Also I was told to include a business card, what the hell should I write as my title ? My current job is in marketing, but it just doesn’t seem appropriate to use that title. Any suggestions??

why don't you read a script? read the weather, the news highlights, events coming to your city, sports. your title on your business card should read "apprentice broadcaster".

Send in a mock broadcast that you have done in class or if you deejayed for a radio station or something.

You could think of a title like voice talent or broadcaster or live reporter.
