Yes If they are the same age or older if not sure squeeze the hose if you feel it crunch or crack when squeezed. The inside is hard and should be replaced most dont know that water hoses that hold hot water go bad from the inside out so you cant tell there condition from the outside. also be sure to replace the clamps but not to tight.

Pull the thermostat out first, replace the housing & hose the position the thermostat replaced into, and stick the backyard hose in the radiator hose. also, there is two about a million" hoses that provide the heater center. Pop one of them loose and hose that, 2. once you hose the heater center, some vehicles have little valves close to to the hearth wall that closes the water move off to the heater center, at the same time as the heater is grew to develop into off. If the heater hose would not take the backyard hose, verify for a form of valves..

yes all hose should be changed there are more than two they all have been on the car the same time and rubber can fail after three years but they are made very well and people just don't do cooling system service anymore and it could cost you big $$$$$$$$dollars if you don't, yes change them ad use Dex-a-Cool don't use green anti freeze Dex-a-Cool will last 150,000 mile and or 5 years , green anti freeze turns to an acid and starts eating the system up in 8 months , and Dex-a-Cool contains no phosphates or silica and runs cooler cause no phosphate to heat up, and enviormently safe, green anti freeze does and is hazardous to the enviorment and is poison and Dex a cool is is in all new vehicles from the factory its fact great question take care

Yes; just so you don't have to worry about it failing in the near future. If one blew and they were installed at the same time, I would expect the other one isn't going to last long. If it were my car, I'd replace both simply for the peace of mind (and the warranty).
