well for one thing breasts were created to nurture a baby when it is born and until a woman gets preg breasts are only composed of fat and the mammory glands are dormant til then men dont have them because of that reason men can't have babies and the reason men have nipples, just some trivia is because every fetus was closer to a female's composition during primary development until nature told it what to be

It has to do with the different hormones produced in the guys and girls. I believe girls produce this hormone called oestrogen and the presence of this hormones make girls looks like girls with breast and etc. Some guys which have under gone sex change take some sort of hormone therapy to allow them to grow breast and have more feminine features like with reduced facial hair growth. I believe you can goggle to find out more about such growth hormones

That's not true! Men and women both have breasts. It's just that women's breasts are usually larger! (Not in all cases, as some women are less blessed, and some men have man boobs)
