ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I would yank out the sound card and replace it with a quality video card. From your example you do not have an AGP slot or otherwise you would pull that card and replace it...so it must be all PCI. You can use an external sound card or replace one of the other devices with an external version and install a quality PCI video card.

Unfortunately there are no video cards designed for the PCMCIA slot. Although you can add a TV Tuner or a video in/out card.
