Yes they do. Before I got pregnant with my second child, I had psorais really bad on my arms...once I started taking prenatals it cleared up within a month. It also helps your hair to grow thicker and stronger and helps your fingernails too.

Prenatal are not any more risky, yet do not take some thing you do not could . merely take some multi-supplementations. they help with the nutrient on your hair and with your dermis. The only difference between a prenatal vitamin and an adult multi-vitamin is that there are higher levels of iron, folate and calcium. No, sorry, these will not clear your skin.
