I own a car that was involved in an accident, there was no fault on my part. As a result I won a judgement in court. As this was a few years ago and has not been settled yet can I legally sell my car?

The judgement is already rendered and should not keep you from selling the car. The sale will not change the amount set by the court.

Yes, it is legal to sell your car. HOWEVER, you MUST disclose the fact that the car has been in an accident, what the extent of the damages was, and how it was repaired. If you do not disclose this information, you will be sued for non-disclosure. I would suggest telling potential buyers it was in an accident and telling them to use www.carfax.com.

If the guy you acquire it from did a launch of felony duty, then your call is already in the DMV archives economic corporation. A launch of felony duty asks for client and broking service call and address. The DMV choose their $15 move fee from each and each client, which includes you. And now "plus penalty" for doing it overdue. So now you want further workplace paintings to promote the vehicle. you want REG 262 signed by ability of you and your client.

Depends upon where you live. Best bet is to call your local LEMON LAW coordinator and ask the rules on that.
