It is great to see younger people enjoying The Beatles music, however, the song was actually written by Paul McCartney but for most Beatles songs, it was shown as co-written by "Lennon/McCartney"...see last line of 2nd paragraph of link below....and keep on enjoying The Beatles, forever!...(signed, 'old fogey--40 something'...and if it counts for anything - it is one of my favourite Beatles songs; one of the finest compositons ever written...as well as John's music: Imagine - a timeless beautiful masterpiece..)

I'm over 21, but I'm guessing you mean Paul McCartney's 'Yesterday'. I don't think John, George or Ringo appeared on the studio recording.

I love the song "Yesterday" it is one of my favorites. The Beatles are still one of my all time favorites. But, whoever wrote it, it is an awesome tune, man!!!
