If you can unzip them do so and take out the insert .. turn it over so the uncreased side is now up. This will help a lot and the creases in the fabric will go away with time or as a quicker fix after you turn the inserts have the tops of the cushions steam cleaned.

place a steaming iron on top of the grooves and pump steam in several intervals, after maybe three remove and comb up the spot. it will not come back they way it did before when it was new but will plump it up at least 80% of the way. but sometime this works well enough that it restores it fully.

it depends on if its the springs giving in, you can get foam and some have zippers for them others you have to cut always from a area not easily seen to put in some can go thru the under of the couch, its not as hard as it sound to redo a couch as some believe
