Women: If you wear pantyhose under pants in winter, do you put on socks over your nylon feet?

It doesn't matter weather you are wearing pants or not. Its the footwear. You never wear socks with dress shoes, and most women don't wear hose under trouser socks. I some times wear socks and stockings under jeans in winter with my dress boots and keep them on all night. I forgot to mention, I am a stocking girl. I wear a garter belt and stockings not pantyhose, can't stand them
If I am wearing boots, or sneakers yes ai wear socks too, and take them off and put on my eels when you get to work. I even do it in the summer with sneakers, if I have a lot of running around to do. Ten put my heels back on without the socks of course.

I typically don't wear pantyhose under pants but I do wear tights all the time under my work pants. Not only do I find tights more comfortable, but I also wear the patterned ones that look like dress socks to the untrained eye and then don't have to wear socks over them. I also wear a leotard with them in leu of a t-shirt which also helps to hold them up from sliding down my leggs.

I wear them to school sometimes because I have an office job in the afternoon, and don't to wear heels, so I wear socks and sneakers over my stockings. I am not into pantyhose, cuz I'm wearing them 10 hours straight, so I wear stockings. They are way more comfortable and actually a lot sexier . They have a more sophisticated look too.

I used to wear socks over my pantyhose with my sneakers, but now I wear stockings and still do it. Sometimes on lunch hour if you have shopping to do I take off my heels, and put on socks and sneakers ove my stockings. It is easier to run around. I do it in the winter with my winter boots, too, with pants or skirts, it doesn't matter.

why would you even wear pantyhose under pants? pantyhose is meant to be worn with skirts to either keep the legs warm or for appropriateness in the office. if it's to keep you warm, i'd suggest wearing long underwear or thermals. but if you must wear panthose, i'd pick footless tights so that you can wear socks and not have to double layer on your feet.

yes I do. I use to wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes. They look better with socks. So I put on a sock to cover and hyde the pantyhose.

Well I always do when wearing boots or sneakers, but take them off when I put on my heels. It gets snowy here so we all take off our heels when we go outside in winter, and usually have some heavy socks for your boots to keep your feet warm and help prevent runs in your stockings. Oh yea, none of us younger girls wear pantyhose, we all wear stockings. Nobody wants to wear two pairs of panties even in winter.

I wear socks under my boots in winter, and take them off with the boots in the office when I put on my heels. Socks and heels sre stupid.

For me it depends on what shoes I wear. I mean, I'm wearing pants and my feet and legs are pretty much covered, so I wouldn't need any extra warmth.

why would you want to cover up your pantyhose......especially with socks....just a travisty
