Sometimes if you fill the toilet with more water eventually it will go down. Just keep filling it with water just don't fill it to high that it over flows! Hope I helped!

i wait until i have to shi+ again and shi+ on top of it until the whole toilet is full of shi+, then theres no where for the water to go and it will push all of the shi+ out and on the floor. then i go out of the bathroom to get the dog. I put the dog in the bathroom and blame it on him.
