I believe creationists are definately evidence of de-evolution, but there's no way to stop this process because in becoming intelligent we have decided that to let people die and to be so competitive as to allow some to suffer is socially unacceptable..... hence, welfare and people living on life support. It's a catch 22.... allow the weakest to die off and progress... save them and evolve socially and we keep the crack baby population in the gene pool.... we can't win! Although there's no evidence that people who believe in creation couldn't survive in an Atheist world so who knows.... it'd be a great experiment though ;)

Anyone who thinks creationists are not thinking logically have never studied thier claims. Nor have they investigated the scientific assumptions made by evolutionary science. True science is the process of observing something then forming a hypothesis to explain the observation and finally testing that hypothesis with repeatable (accurate) results to confirm or deny the hypothesis. Neither Evolution nor Creationism can be tested conclusively. They are BOTH RELIGIOUS WORLD VIEWS. Science is about seeing which theory best fits the facts. Evolution actually falls a little short in this area since many of the "facts" are based on "interpretation" which is in turn based on "assumptions" made about our universe which can neither be proven or disproven. Here's an analogy-- The evolutionist says "the center of a watermellon is blue until you penetrate the skin--proove me wrong."They expect the creationist to disproove research which can neither be confirmed or denied. There is PLENTY of hard Scientific evidence which points to a creator. And this evidence is NOT derived by non-scientific fruitcakes who are GOD-crazy. MANY- like Dr. A.E. Wilder-Smith- have 4 or 5 doctorates and several Masters degrees in everything from Molecular Biology to astro-physics. Evolution is full of holes. Quick example- We know that protiens and amino-acids come in left-and right-handed forms. The protiens in all living things exists only in 100% left-handed forms and the amino-acids occur in 100% right-handed form only. In Natural Racemic Chemistry you will NEVER get a large combination of 100% left-handed or right-handed building blocks from a naturally occuring %50-50 mixture. Its like pouring salt and pepper together into a bowl and saying "given enough time--all the salt will eventually end up in one side of the bowl and all the pepper will end up in the other as long as we keep pouring". It simply will never "unmix" by random chance. Evolutionists say "well the conditions of the primordial earth were very different..." This is Mere speculation and has NO PLACE IN SCIENCE. If you're serious about real science (and not just a mindless scoffer) see my sources. They are legitimate.

Think about it. The mere fact that matter exists demands an explanation. We cannot intellectually understand how anything could possibly have existed always. The evolutionist has faith in nothing. Nothing exploded, and now we have everything. Apart from that, there are too many symbiotic relationships between life forms that make absolutely no sense apart from intelligent design. And the whole thing of scales evolving into featers.... hmmm. It seems to me that the intermediate steps in the process of evolution would yield unsightly creatures with appendages and features that would be more harmful than good.

Devolution - just as a point of fact - is sort of a misnomer. Evolution does not always progress. It can move a species forward or backward - depending on what that species needs to survive. If humans were suddenly all living in a cold ice world somewhere, we'd probably evolve with more hair. Or somewhere hot and sunny we'd probably all evolve into black people. Man, wouldn't that be a good one for racists down the line?
Anyway, devolution means that we actually unevolve - which we don't. We just evolve in a manner that seems to be a backwards process to us. Evolution is random - not patterned.

I watched a really interesting Show about the Granets... Evolution says they cooled slowly over time.. Yet evidents shows they were created instently.. due to Radio Halos..(dunno if I am spelling it right) or somthing like that.. the halos are signs left behind by a decaying Supstence.. and if they granets cooled slowly over time there would be no trace left of this halo instead it forumed instently.. it can be compared to dropping a one of thos tablet things in water.. it bubbles for awhile then after time theres no sign of it left.. Now is there a way to Freeze the water in a way where u still have the bubbles there? well.. no.. the only way to do that is if it freezed instently.. its the same thing with the granets.. :-)
Also.. I find it really hard to believe that we came from a odd looking fish.. (I seen this fish on the science channel.. on a show called "Before the Dinosours"
Plus how did that odd looking fish get there..

Creationists are simply the product of a culture that has for far too long reveled in an education that borders on the ridiculous in terms of its capacity to reason logically. There is nothing whatsoever wrong with a belief in God, in any incarnation, but to decry scientific facts that have been observed and proven time and again as the happenstance of "nothing more than a theory" is irresponsible and harmful to the minds of the impressionable.

The short answer is "NO". The longer answer is that the hypothesis of Evolution is an attempt by people, who either don't know that there is a God or don't want to consider the possibility, to explain how life began or how all of the wonderful complexity and orderliness of the universe came to be. When you know enough science, can put everything together, and become a critical thinker, you will realize that Evolution is scientifically impossible. Mathematics is a science and part of mathematics is permutations and probabilities. The probability that all of existence, as we know it, to have come about by billions of accidents over billions of years, is "0".

They are not a less intelligent ancestor. At least they have their hearts in the right place. They've just been misled by thousands of years of ignorance and misinterpretations.

Wow. I think many of you have this backwards. To live one's life based on faith is much more difficult than to do so based on so-called fact. To move from the spiritual towards the carnal is to take the path of less resistance. In this light, then, isn't it the Evolutionist who is de-evolving?
