When I was there in 04-05 it looked pretty low to me. Now the place is even worse and all I am hearing is the troops are happy with the mission and support it. I cant ever remember hearing someone saying that while I was there.

You mean "morale" and yeah, it's pretty low. They have no idea what they're doing there and when they'll be back or when they'll get killed. It's a horrible situation.

individual troops say the morale is low. never know what could blow up around you. but the ones they interview for t.v are prompted to say differently. so i hear. but are you refering to morale or moral, cuz i can't comment on their morals. government in general may need to check theirs.

No, its thru the floor! They wont tell us the truth! While you were there and miserable, we at home were being told you were great, happy,support your mission ect.

they're fighting in a war. of course they don't like it. I'm sure they all miss their family and friends. But they gotta do what they gotta do.
