BITS Pilani (actual Pilani campus) is situated exactly where Mr. Bhomia (above answerer) have explained. From his name looks like he is native of that area.
However there are two more campus of BITS Pilani (yea management have choosen to call those campus also BITS Pilani instead of BITS) situated in Goa and Dubai. One more campus is coming up in Hyderabad.

BITS Pilani is in Pilani, Distt Jhunjhunu, State Rajasthan. Its 235 Km from Delhi and 210 Km from Jaipur. There is no railway line and nearest railway station is Loharu(21 Km) and Chirawa(16 Km). Its approx 6 Hr Bus journey from Delhi and you can get the Haryana/Rajasthan Roadways bus from ISBT Delhi. Although, there is railway service from delhi/jaipur to Loharu/Chirawa but i wont recoomend u that.
