Yes, tonight at the area around the arena. Everything starts around 6:30, and there will be a formal ceremony at 7:30.

The Centennial Authority will host a parade and celebration this afternoon in honor of the 2006 Stanley Cup Champion Carolina Hurricanes. RBC Center parking lots will open at 4 p.m. and festivities will begin at 5 p.m. with the band Fantasy. Parking and the celebration are free for all fans. The first 18,000 fans at the Stanley Cup celebration will receive a commemorative pint glass, courtesy of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, and the first 20,000 fans will receive a champion card courtesy of Progress Energy. Distribution of these commemorative items will take place outside of the RBC Center’s west entrance. The Stanley Cup parade is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Wendell Murphy Football Center at Carter-Finley Stadium and will follow the roads around the RBC Center to the east VIP lots.
