There is the distant planet of the frecklelites, they have been watching us for years and years beyond space and time. They have been thinking of eradicating the non-freckles because we have become too obsessed with beauty and perfection, so don't be surprised if one day the whole world of full is people with freckles.

Freckles are genetic, sorry (caused by melanin) and are also increased by sun - like tanning. If you're light skinned and light haired, you're more likely to have them.
There is treatment to reduce them, but I wouldn't suggest laser removal since that opens you up for infection.

They r either born with them or they get them from being in the sun too long.

I say that babies are born with blisters on their face and they pop and leave stuff like acne marks, but that's just me talking.
