This is a CHEAP way that WORKS!!!
This is what I do about once a week, or when needed: make a small pile of baking soda, tap it with a damp tooth brush until the ends of the bristles are full of baking soda, and then methodically brush you teeth, one section at a time, going back for more baking soda when needed. This does a GREAT job of removing stains, however, don't do this more than twice a week, it can cause sensitivity if overdone.
This is what I do once a day: after brushing my teeth, I use peroxide straight from the bottle as a mouth wash. I hold it in my mouth for up to two minutes. You might think this tastes gross at first, but you'll get use to it; also, you might have a lot of foam the first week; if your mouth fills, spit it out and get some fresh peroxide. Again, if you develop sensitivity, cut back the time you hold the peroxide, or use it every other day. I usually do not use peroxide the same day the I brush with the baking soda.

Brushing your teeth with baking soda works great. Just make sure to cut it down with some water or toothpast or it will be too harsh and scratch off your tooth enamel.

not drinking coffee and tea they stain your teeth. use a baking soda and peroxide mixture to brush your teeth

Baking soda on top of you toothpaste & rinse with an itty bit of hydrogen peroxide............sounds yucky but it works !!
