I might not be understanding this one but:
1. Keep area well-lit.
2. Post obvious cameras.
3. Have a Security Guard presence.
4. Stand tall and walk with a purpose.
5. Lock doors and windows.
Common sense stuff, like that.

when walking on the street make way for evil or stupid or discourteous people --ie dont get into fights with these fools. The scriptures say you cant reach your destination if you stop for everydog inthe street.
