I already tried soap and water, and pine sol. HELP!

go to your local chemical company. and get some stuff called

culture shock it will remove the stain and will not harm the floor.

it will also get rid of blood and animal stains and ordors it is amazing stuff

yes all sound good but if doesnt work you would have to sand and finish the spot over again, not fun but can be worth it, if you have particle not actual wood old floors you can take peice out and replace.

try using oxyclean or kaboom or any thing really that has bleach in it that might help .Or maybe try wood polisher which possibly could take out the stain ,give that at try also
