2. Buy Hosting space
3. Transfer Domain name to hosting services Provider
4. Design few pages in HTML or using editors like dreamweaver (most sites use some Graphics as well. For this you will need some Photo editing tools)
5. Use an FTP tool to upload your site to the Hosting Server
