Humans won't look particularly different 5000 years from now on a natural evolutionary track, besides probably being taller and having less hair. Of course, with the advent of genetic technologies and the changing picture of the world ecosystem and available resources, one cannot say what the human race, if it remains, might look like 5000 years from now.

Genetic mutation causes physical changes among different generations. There's no way to know what humans will look like in 5000 years.

I hate to have to say this, but genetic mutation will make everyone be born with horrible birth defects, horrible genetic diseases, and there will not be long enough natural lives for people to care for others. Let's just hope that God shows up before it gets that bad.
