use a combination of scar gel and cocoa butter. The best I've tried is The Body Shop cocoa butter stick. It comes in a round stick (think deororant) and it's hard, you rub it in to your trouble spots. it's better than other brands because it also has shea butter and nothing man made, all natural. as for the scar gel, use it 3 to 6 times a day, or when ever you remember, it will lighten existing scars and strech marks. and the cocoa butter will help smooth them out.

If they are new stretch marks some of the over the counter creams could work..ie Strivectin, Mederma etc. If they have been their for awhile the only thing that will make them go away is laser treatment.

Olive oil to help them fade gradually. But for the beach or a hotdate, makeup that matches the shade of your skin on that area, no one know except you.

Learn to live with them. Nothing makes them go away. They do fade with time. Getting a tan does make them less noticeable.
