his other son (15) is not happy living with him any longer, when he told his dad how he felt, he slugged him in the face and told him to stop being disrepsectful to him. The boy is now with this mother and my two kids heard all this happening and dont want to go back.

UPDATE: I am speaking to my lawyer today after work. Kids are to go to Dad's tomorrow. This will make him furious if he does not get the kids. He can not control his temper. He is currently in a FOP for domestic abuse. Obviously that class isnt helping him!!!!

I don't blame them.
You should be very concerned. If he does it to the other child he will do it to yours. Call a lawyer. Your attorney can express your concerns to a judge who will hopefully order supervised visitation when your children are with your ex.
Also the boys mother needs to file charges against your ex then DFS will have record of the evens when you go to court. DFS could help you too.
Don't sit back and let this happen to your children. If she won't you can make the report to DFS ,it does not have to be the child's parent that calls in the report of abuse.
Now is the time for action, don't let this drag on.
Oh and YES this is going to make your ex very mad. OH WELL!
You can make him meet you at the police station for drop offs so you feel safe. But the real question is: If you don't feel safe around him how do you expect your children to feel? You are an adult and you are scared of him, imagine being a little kid.
HE crossed the line. You are calling him on it.

Call CPS and report the abuse that happened to the 15 yr old.
Aske them what you should do about your own children because they do not feel safe in their father's care.

Then don't let your kids go back.
Call the police and file a report.
Your ex shouldn't see the kids again until he grows the he** up.

he he try anything again...tell the boy's dad to slug him again until he learn to control his temper baby girl. or better yet do it yourself. u should not have to deal with stuff like that.

a temper? maybe i should intoduce him to my x who has a TEMPER! that's not good, its not good at all on so many levels. i know for a fact that my guys temper is what RUINED our relationship and made me go thru hell tha past 3 and a half months. its worse than just a temper. theres more w it.

Help? Stay the hell away from him. Keep your kids away from him also. That kid should have gone to the police. Then it would be on record and he would be forced to deal with it.
