i want to build my dream home on a piece of land, i 'm trying to award the contract to a great home builder company with reasonable price. is there a way i can make builder submit proposals. Sort of like lendingtree.com . Any suggestion of a website that brings all builders to you?

Offer your job out to bid - give a deadline and then reviews the submissions....Why would you want to do it on-line? You need a contractor there!
