YES! pre ejaculate can contain sperm.
This is from the Mayo Clinic:
Yes, a woman can get pregnant even when ejaculation doesn't occur within the vagina. This is because pre-ejaculation fluid may contain some sperm.
Withdrawal of the penis from the vagina before ejaculation is one of the oldest methods of birth control. But fewer than 3 percent of adults in the United States use it as their primary method of contraception. The failure (pregnancy) rate is high. About 20 percent to 25 percent of women who rely on the withdrawal method become pregnant each year

There is no such thing as unprotected sex without ejaculation because even if a man pulls out at the end of sex the woman can still get pregnant because of pre-ejaculation that comes out without noticing it. As long as a woman is ovulating (releasing an egg) and any sperm what so ever come in contact with the egg, then the woman can get pregnant.

If your asking the man he will probably say no; however the truth is it's like flipping a coin, there is a 50/50 chance. It depends mostly on whether you were ovulating the time. Always wear a rubber!!!! Unless you are trying to get pregnant. I would also use a contraceptive film that works for about 3 hours; it kills the sperm. If this person does not like to wear rubber than you might as well expect him to be carrying some sort of sexually transmitted disease. Some diseases like chlamydia may not give the man any symptoms, but can cause a women to become infertile. So again. Always wear a rubber, and see a doctor regularly to be checked for any sexually transmitted diseases. It is always better to catch them early!

Yes, you can get a woman pregnant without getting off inside of her. There is a little thing called pre-c*m, and you don't realize that it is coming out of your penis into her vagina. If you don't want a baby, use a condom or don't have sex. B/c chances are, if you have to ask a question like this then you are not very experienced in this department and you don't know much about it. So do your research and go visit your local IGA and pick up some rugged condoms {her pleasure}

yes,because he doesn't have to ejaculate to produce sperm.Before sex when a male is 'turned on" he will release a clear liquid(commonly referred to as "pre-***") for lubrication that can impregnate someone if it enters their bodies.This is why it is possible to get pregnant without actually having intercourse.If a woman is ovulating and comes in intimate contact with a penis,any liquids secreeted that come into contact with the vagina could result in pregnancy.A bit of advice...If you don't want to have children yet,ALWAYS use a condom!!!!There are enough unwanted children that are the results of unprotected sex.Don't contribute to those statistics!!!

Pre-ejaculation is the liquid that seeps out of the penis before ejaculation occurs. Most guys have no control over it and cannot feel it coming out. This type of fluid does have sperm in it and can result in pregnancy. This is part of the reason why the withdrawal method of birth control is not as effective as other methods.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?d6AN
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
