However he claims he is no altar boy.
He admits to having had a problem with cocaine and drinking.
Perhaps he thought he could get away with it by throwing suspicion to others around his office.
My town had a proud past but I am not sure about bright future.

Would you mind if a Fire Figher would use cocaine on the job? When they come to rescue you, and are high as a kite and cant perform thier job, would it bother you?
How about a Police Man? They are sworn to uphold the law... So, how could they 'bust' some one useing cocaine if THEY are using it?
And would you want some one waving a gun in your direction if he was "high"?? I think not!
Now, your Mayor "swore" to uphold the LAW!
He is now BREAKING THE LAW, that he swore to uphold... Doesnt that bother you in the least? That "he" is above the law now, and wont get busted, but, every one in your town can get busted for drug use? Seems hypocritical to me.
Put the guy in Jail like an ordinary criminal and impeach him so that he cant hold office again, so that he will know that he isnt above the law, and that you expect those who are elected to "serve" with dignity!

If my mayor only had a drug problem but was still taking care of his city consider yourself lucky. Here in Miami,Fl. you have corrupt, embezzlers, that look like choir boys. And it doesn't stop their even when you vote that person out another that is worst takes over frankly I wish they did have a drug problem at least we would then know where the money went a lot faster instead of hearing it in the news.

Addiction is a medical problem... would you vote for him if he was in a wheelchair..... imagine the same about a fat person, an obnoxious person or an adulterer.... they have a problem, they are outside the norm.... is it a crime?? we say so now but time will tell and someday you will learn that under the microscope we all are guilty.... of something.....just who they want to come after is the question?? ummmmmm maybe i need some help? eh eh

Do you support the idea of a known substance abuser being in charge of your city budget? Does he have any friends from South America? LOL Vote your conscience on the matter, do YOU approve of the guy being in public office in violation of the applicable statutes and drug laws as they're written today?

He's a politician so cocaine is probably the least of his vices, look at George Bush he supposedly used cocaine but that accusation is greatly overshadowed by his overall stupidity.

Well, if you want someone who is wasted making decisions that affect your life, go for it. If, on the other hand, you think that wasted people often make bad decisions, vote for the other guy. UNLESS you think the other guy will make even worse decisions when sober than the wasted guy will when wasted. Then maybe you should move, that city sounds like it's in trouble!

definite it could, once you do cocain you get particularly hyper you experience such as you have lotsa skill it take's you allot to get drained it make's you to do stuff extra neat as though make all of it look surprisingly and all on correct spot the place it would be, it make's you rather talkative if he smoke's it make you pick a cigaret each 10-20 min it make's you each so often indignant you become bored doing comparable element very rapid.. greatest of all if he does it you could look in his eyes and his scholars would desire to be huge, then once you have intercourse it could take you time to get it tense and then he will circulate particularly particularly rapid and then will take him a protracted time to end im sorry

no it doesnt.
u should vote for someone based on how they want to change the area and for their political views, not weather or not they used cocaine sometime ago.

If you think that using Cocaine is wrong then don't. A person's decisions whether private or public reveal his character. If person can't be trusted in his private affairs then he can't be trusted period.
