NO! Neither can Good exist without Evil. May I present an example. You walk into a totally black room with a light in it, not turned on. You can't see anything! When the light is turned on the darkness gives form to the light and the light dispells the darkness. In this dimension(3rd) this never changes. When you receive enlightenment within your own Soul-being, the En(light)enment dispels the ignorance(darkness). This a duality based dimension, I am sure you could think about many more dualities!

I think u can have good without evil, but you wouldn't regard good with out evil, and vice verse

It depends on how you look at it, without the concept of evil, who would know good, because it would all be good, we just like seperating things into catogoreies, I think this comes from our creation, when we started to name things

properly i think of it became a concept even throughout polytheistic circumstances, however the concept of purpose morality appeared to flourish with monotheism and understandably so. The gods (Hindu, Greek, Mesopotamian, Egyptian etc.) argued among themselves approximately ethical authority. Morality took on a greater subjective state then. With the emergence of monotheism you notice human beings attempting to unite themselves with the single basically suited reality and that demands ethical objectivism.
