if its nothing big just say you are sorry. if its something drastic its gonna take some time for him/her to forgive...sat and talk about it. hopefully it will work itself out.

the best way is to look your spouse in the eyes and be sincere. The eyes never lie. Especially if you truly love each other. The connection between people that love each other can always be seen and felt in the eye lock

Sometimes just saying you're sorry is enough. Sometimes you need to make the other person know how truly sorry you are. Try and explain to your spouse that you know what you did was wrong. Just make sure that you dont over explain your actions or they might think that you are trying to jusitfy them. Hence negating your apology.

Well I have to agree that it depends on what you did. Flowers are nice (no roses) they are so typical get something more unique. A card, dinner, a weekend getaway. These are all idea. TELL her how you fell and how sorry you are.
