Crab fishing, miners, the guys who build skyscrapers. I'm sure there are lots more.
Pizza delivery might be dangerous because of the car accidents. The more driving you do the higher your risk. Also, delivering anything in bad neighborhoods is dangerous.

After cutting down trees and making firewood for over 15 years,I can say that crab fishermen have it worse than me. I can control and work safely due to safety practice and paying attention. Crab fishermen have to put up with weather and the unpredictability of the open ocean and wave action.
