Look at a color wheel. The color on the opposite side of the wheel will make any color stand out. Or varying shades of that color.
Use the oppisite color for your eyeshadow or blouse color. Or both, if it's really cute.

Depends on what color hazel eyes you have. I have green brown.
Some people have blue brown.
I use mauves and I highlight the corners of my eyes and brows with a white silvery shimmer.. Also, sometimes, I use a very shimmery gold color to line the lower lashes.
Wear a color shirt 2 to 3 shades lighter or brighter than the color you are trying to bring out in your eyes too. It will reflect in them:)

Contact lenses - colour type ones
Brown Eye liner will bring it out
White eyeshadow on the outer area and a touch of darker shade closer to the lid.

I have hazel eyes, ( green with light brown starburst in center)-this is what works for me, I wear purple eyeshadow, with a light violet highlighter, and then top off with black eyeliner,or you can use purple eyeliner. really seems to make my eyes "pop" always get a lot of compliments on how "pretty" my eyes are.
try it out and see how it works for you! :)
let me know if it works.

Purple eyeshadow will bring out the green. Or try colored contacts. Just wear them when you want.
