Pimples are little infections. The best way to combat them is through preventing them. Obviously keeping your skin clean will help but it's not enough... you have to think of all of the things that touch your skin. Telephones, cell phones, hair, the enviornment... products you use on your hair touch your face and other areas of your body, depending how long your hair is. Your cell phone and other telephones are breeding grounds for icky stuff that would contribute to pimples... oils and dirt collect on them. Remember above all to keep your hands clean... the average person touches their face a lot more than they realize. If you hands stay clean you help prevent pimples and illness overall. Clean your phones often... and keep your hands clean. I carry alcohol wipes for my phones and I carry hand sanitaizing lotion for when I can't get to a sink to wash my hands appropriately. It might take a week to notice a difference... but it should help!

I don't use Noxima: I use ProActive. ProActive seems to work very well, despite the fact that there no cure for pimples.

Okay, I know that this sounds weird but I've used neosporin in the past. Put a pea size amount on your finger tip and rub in like a moisturizer. I have oily skin and haven't found it to bother my skin at all. Think about it....it fights bacteria and prevents scaring. Try it!

if you're in puberty , then this is part of that phase that teenagers go through . so relax. u need to drink lots of water , eat a lot of fruits , keep splashing cold water on your face and use a good medicated face wash and moisturizer . if u have severe acne then i would suggest u visit the dermatologist who could suggest a far more better treatment .

You need to eat healthy maybe try a body cleanse. So you can rid your body of toxins and if nothing else---I use differin and it takes some time but it seems to be doing the job and not too drying.

Hello..Better see a good dermatologist and let's observe in depth what's the main reason for that, hormonal, etc.EAT HEALTHY FOOD,DRINK MUCH WATER..TRY ON THE PIMLES TO APPLY A SPECIAL ANTI-ACNE DRUG,WHICH CONTAINS ERYTHROMICIN AND ZINK(SUCH IS ZYNERIT)..WORKS FINE..ALWAYS KEEP YOUR SKIN WELL HIDRATED AND USE THE PROPER WASHING GELS ( i RECOMMEND YOU LA ROCHS POSAY)..NOXIMA WORKS NOT IN ANY CASES AND IS NOT AS EFFECTIVE AS IN ADVERTISEMENT..GOOD LUCK!!!

Well, there is no cure for pimples. But if the pimple is very red, use eyedrops on it. Or if it is just a big pimple, then put some crest toothpaste on it while your sleeping.
