it takes a full year for the earth to complete one lap so in a week its hardly moved. If a year was a full sweep of a clock, then its not got as far as 1 yet !!!
Its 1/52th of the way round after a week. ( Or in foreign money 0.0192 )

So lets hope its boots fit properly or else they'll be a proper kerfuffle round about February.

It takes 365 1/4 days for the earth to complete the orbit around the sun. However, if you want to know how much of the orbit the earth completes for 1 week, its 365.25/ 7 = 0.1916

Um, if I recall correctly, I believe it takes 1 full year for the earth to orbit the sun which is why we have the 4 seasons because each is in relation to the sun at that time. Make sense? Does this sound right?
