Sure. Any human,no matter how bad you may thgink they are is still a human.

There are people who would ask....

Do computer geeks who do nuthing and are not contributiing anything to the human condition deserve to be considerd human beings.

Or homosexuals, or the irish, or liberal tree hugging idiots who value a tree over a human life?

Being a human being is not a popularity contest. There are no rules of conduct to be a human. You just are what you are born, and for any human, thats a human being.

human beings have the features for progression, progression and flexibility. We aspire to better than merely residing. Definitely they are human beings. a person becomes what he is because he would have had some psychological problem during childhood. and some who are weak minded go the wrong way. it is better to get them treated as soon as someone notices they are acting differntly. a child is like a plain paper what ever is written on it makes it so. thats plain understanding.
