Kim, N. Korea's dwarfish leader, is still listening to 8-tracks and watching black and white TV. We don't have a thing to worry about. S. K., on the other hand, might have something to worry about, and the thousands of US mercenaries stationed there might have cause for worry too. Durring the Gulf War Saddam couldn't get a Scuud missle to hit within three miles of its target a couple of hundred miles away. The Pacific Ocean protects us as does NORAD ( forget about its response on 9/11.)

No. Say they test one missile, and test with a nuclear warhead. Best case scenario for them is that the missile strikes its target, the target is a populated area, the explosion carries the intended yield (power), and then Pyongyang is obliterated in retaliation.

Worst-case scenario: Pyongyang's missile drops in the middle of the Pacific, the nuclear warhead explodes underwater, U.S. seismologists pick up the blast signature, and the U.S. gets funky cold medina kim chee style.

Besides, Pyongyang develops weaponry as way to get attention, much like a 15-year-old girl who sleeps around to annoy her parents.
