Most people with regular office jobs enjoy the same things you do. Life's a series of choices. If you want a job that'll be challenging and pay well, then you need to go to college and find something you enjoy and get a degree in it.
If you'd rather hang out at the beach and do things that are pleasant, then you need to resign yourself to not having much money and boring jobs.
Personally, I went off to college and got a "good job", and I earn enough money that I can do cool stuff during my time off.

I've heard of jobs associated with nice vacation resorts/hotels where a person, such as yourself, would "baby-sit" older kids while the parents had time to relax on their own. However, the babysitting consisted of taking the kids to the beach, playing sports, going to the movies, etc. You're going to kill me because I don't know the title of the position. I would surf well established get-away resorts/hotels for such a program they may have. I doubt the pay is great because I think people would break down doors to have the job. Another down-side is you would probably have to commute far from San Jose or move. Good luck in your search!

get a job promoting stuff, like red bull or alcohol if you're old enough. You drive around, hand out free red bull or whatever it is. That would be very social.
